Why this website mattered
Mentoring Talks is a mentoring program delivered for Schaeffler - a global technology corporation. A program website like this has to build trust quickly, explain the idea and show who stands behind the initiative. At the same time, it cannot become a chaotic list of names, blocks and partners.
For Schaeffler, the key task was guiding users through reasons to participate: from the first impression, through values and agenda, to mentors and registration. Working for a corporate brand also meant staying within the group's communication and identity standards.
