When it makes sense
- the company has no logo or the mark needs a refresh
- graphics are created ad hoc and nothing looks alike
- newsletters and visuals do not match the website
Logo design and refreshes, newsletters, web graphics and print materials. We design them so the brand looks consistent everywhere a client meets it — from Google results to an email footer.
SEO and service scope
A website is rarely the only place where clients meet your brand. They also see the logo in search results, a newsletter in their inbox, graphics on social media and materials at a meeting. If each of those places looks different, the brand loses credibility before a conversation even starts.
We usually design identities and graphics together with the website — the mark, the site and the materials are created as one whole. We also work standalone: refreshing existing marks, tidying up materials and designing day-to-day graphics for the companies we look after.
We design marks from scratch and bring order to existing ones. A common scenario: the company has a symbol it is attached to — we then build a complete logo around it, choosing the typography and the construction of the mark. That is how the Dukaj Games logo came to be: among the brand materials supplied by the client was a symbol, around which we built the full mark — and, based on the full set of materials, the website as well.
For the AKMed clinic in Kraków we designed the logo together with a new website — the mark and the site were created as one consistent whole. The result is always a complete file set in every needed format; the files and rights stay with your company.
An identity lives in everyday materials. We design and code newsletter templates — for Wydawnictwo Literackie, Noir sur Blanc, Barbara Luijckx and First Engineers, among others. A coded template renders correctly in popular email clients, and the client's team can fill it in on their own.
Then there are the smaller but visible pieces: email footers (we designed them for Margot Travel, among others), campaign graphics and social media materials — consistent with the website and the mark.
We have been designing the visual direction of websites for years: we designed and built the Noir sur Blanc bookstore end to end, from UX/UI to sales launch; likewise the Barbara Luijckx website and Olga Tokarczuk's site, where the visual direction was built on readability and calm content presentation.
That is why an identity from us does not end with a logo file — we know from day one how the mark will behave on a website, in a store and in materials. And if the website is still ahead of you, we will design the mark and the site together.
We also prepare printed materials — business cards, leaflets, company materials — together with production files ready to hand over to a print house. The identity works as well on paper as it does on screen.
The scope starts with a conversation about business goals, current constraints and post-launch care.
Typical start
We can start with a brief, audit of the current setup or infrastructure cost consultation. After the first call we come back with a recommended scope.
Book a callWe understand what does not work today and what the company needs.
We split the work into priorities, risks and elements for later development.
We deliver the change and stay for maintenance and iterations after launch.
A good web service does not begin with a technology choice. We clarify the business goal, post-launch care and the way success will be measured.
We decide whether the priority is inquiries, sales, process automation, stability of the current project or cost cleanup.
We split the work into the first useful step and the elements that can wait for the next iteration.
We choose analytics, events and signals that make future website or application development data-informed.
We quote individually, because the scope varies widely — from refreshing an existing mark to a complete identity with material templates. After a short brief we come back with a specific quote, no strings attached.
Yes, that is a common scenario. We build a full mark around an existing symbol (that is how the Dukaj Games logo was made) or refresh a logo while keeping its recognisability. We do not push a revolution where order is enough.
No — we also work standalone. The best results, however, come from designing the mark and the website together: they are created as one whole and are consistent from day one.
A complete file set in every needed format (web, print, social media) and — depending on scope — usage rules for the mark and material templates. The files and rights belong to you; we do not lock you in.
