Ongoing website care solves this systematically: we take care of updates, backups and monitoring, while your company gets a predictable monthly cost and one phone number for everything. The core of every plan is the same. We update the CMS, plugins and theme on a fixed schedule — always with a backup taken before the change and the website verified after it, so an update never surprises anyone with a blank screen. Backups of files and the database are created daily, and every quarter we test that a website can actually be restored from them.

On top of that runs round-the-clock monitoring: website availability, SSL certificate validity and the domain renewal date. We usually know about a problem before anyone notices it — and before something expires that would take the website down for weeks.

Security

Care instead of post-hack rescue

We regularly repair websites after break-ins — removing malicious code, closing holes and hardening the admin panel. That experience taught us one thing: almost every hack starts with an outdated plugin, an old theme or a weak password. Ongoing care is the cheapest insurance a website can have.

In the Standard and Premium plans we additionally scan the website for malware and file changes on a regular basis. And if your website has already been infected or nobody has touched it for years — we review and repair it first, and only then move it onto a care plan.

Work hours

Small changes without separate quotes and waiting

Every plan includes hours of website work: content and image updates, new subpages on existing templates, banners, small visual fixes. You send the materials by e-mail and we handle the rest — no separate quote for every small change and no weeks of waiting.

Larger work that does not fit within the plan is billed at PLN 200 net per hour — always quoted and approved by you before we start. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, which keeps the plans affordable and predictable.

Why us

We have maintained client websites for years — and we answer the phone

Website care is not an add-on to our offer, it is its core. We have been maintaining and developing the websites of Wydawnictwo Literackie, one of Poland's leading publishers, continuously since 2017. With the chocolate-decorations manufacturer Barbara Luijckx we have worked since 2020: first we took over their previous website after another vendor, and today we look after the site we built ourselves — premieres and seasonal changes go live without rebuilding it.

We are also simply reachable: we answer the phone on weekends too, because outages do not respect office hours. There is no ticket-form wall — in an urgent matter you talk to a person who knows your website.

Common questions about this service

How much does website care cost?

Our prices are public: PLN 300, 500 or 900 net per month, depending on the scope. Every plan includes updates, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring and work hours. For non-standard projects we prepare an individual quote.

Do I have to move my hosting to Invisio?

No. We also look after websites on the client's hosting — the only requirement is a complete set of access credentials. Hosting with us is a separate, optional service (PLN 500 net per year) that many clients choose for the convenience of one invoice and one partner.

How fast do you respond?

In the Basic plan we respond the next business day, in Standard the same day (requests by 3 p.m.). In Premium a critical outage means work starts within 4 business hours of a phone call, or within 8 hours of an e-mail.

What happens to unused hours?

Hours do not roll over to the next month — that is what keeps the plans affordable and predictable. Work beyond the plan is billed at PLN 200 net/h and always waits for your approval before we start.

Do I sign a one- or two-year contract?

No. The contract is open-ended with a 30-day notice period. We prefer clients who stay because the care works — not because a clause keeps them.

My website is neglected or was hacked — will you take it on?

Yes, we do it regularly. First we review the website and repair what needs intervention (malware removal and overdue updates are quoted after a free diagnosis), and only then do we switch to ongoing care. That way the plan starts with a healthy website.
